I try to preview as many listings as possible in person - and let me tell you the one on Goodchild Court (listed for $1.29k) really caught my attention. It is a farmhouse situated on more than 6 acres of wooded land with a private lake in the heart of Dunwoody (behind Renfro Lake off Tilly Mill).
